Tupelo-Patsy Kay Faust O’Callaghan, 71, died Friday, January 26, 2018 at her residence in Tupelo after an extended struggle with COPD. Born July 11, l946 in New Albany, she graduated from Ecru High School and Itawamba Community College. Patsy spent the early years of her life as a waitress at Tupelo’s legendary Rex Plaza. She later worked at Kroger as manager of the Coffee Shop and worked at Starbucks before her health failed. Patsy married Pat O’Callaghan on May 25, l985 and he survives. She loved the outdoors especially boating and fishing, enjoyed dancing and flowers. She and Pat were active members of the VFW in Tupelo and greatly enjoyed their friends there. She attended The Orchard before her illness.
A service celebrating her life will be held at 11 AM Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Bro. Danny Smith, Ron Muller and Rex Bishop speaking. Burial will follow in Tupelo Memorial Park. Visitation is from 3 PM-5 PM Sunday and one hour prior to service on Monday all at Holland-Tupelo Chapel which is honored to be serving the family.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Pat O’Callaghan; her mother, Margaret Faust Phillips of Batesville; 4 children, Rex Bishop and wife, Jana of Williamsburg, West Virginia; Bro. David Bishop and wife, Beth of Bruce; Pam Keeling of Tupelo and Brittany O’Callaghan of Tupelo. Her grandchildren, Megan, Autumn, Ashley, T.J. Lauren, Wesley and JoJo. 2 great grandchildren, Guezelle and Penelope numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Pallbearers will be Freddy Smith, Matt Houston, Stephen Crocker, Ron Muller, Kevin Summers and Patrick Hood. Honorary pallbearers will be the men and women of the VFW Post 4057 and the Saturday Night Dancers.

So sorry to hear of Patsy's passing. Worked with her years ago at Morrison's. we had a lot of good tones together back then. She will be missed.
