i had the pleasure of working for Harland at Rose Hill for 5 years. He was a good and honest man to work for. He took care of me and provided me opportunities to do as i could there at Rose Hill. I remember one time i had gotten into it with Mike Milstead and Mike said " Fire him" and walked away. I asked Harland if i was fired, and he grinned and said No---- but if you see Mike coming your way dodge him for a couple of days till he cools down!! I am praying for the family. Carolyn and family, we are thinking of you all during this time. We cannot express how much we thought of Harland. We still tell stories of our Rose Hill days and of course the hunting stories Tim tells are never ending. We probably won't be able to make it down, but please know you are all in our prayers and thoughts. We will keep his spirit alive in our fond memories. Mr. Pigg was such a wonderful man - it was a true pleasure knowing him.
